• Leading projects from initial concept to the final episode

• Clear and effective communication with clients, writers, producers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth production process

• Analyzing scripts to evaluate feasibility, identify strengths and weaknesses, and address design needs

• Adapting and developing the style and look of existing IPs for animation

• Overseeing design departments, including characters, sets, props, and color

• Supervising voice recordings in collaboration with the voice director

• Crafting storyboard guides and defining a film language tailored to each IP

• Guiding the story team to create engaging and cohesive narratives

• Adding purposeful sequences to extend episodes when needed

• Collaborating with editors on animatic creation and refinement

• Providing clear direction and working closely with overseas teams

• In-depth supervision of the layout department

• Oversight of animation and compositing alongside department leads, with a focus on storytelling

• Conceptualizing and writing title sequences and teasers
